Fire and Iron is a group of Firefighters and other people associated with fire service who love to ride and have a good time. The club prides itself in its effort to support various organizations along with other clubs. Each member of Fire and Iron is either an active, retired or volunteer member of the fire service community. In addition to firefighters we welcome dispatchers, inspectors, and mechanics of the fire service who share a passion for not only protecting the lives of the citizens of their community but also for the open road. |

The time is here for our Poker Run.. The date is going to be July 25th. It will start at station #3 Fire House in Winchester. Registration will begin at 10 am and kickstands are up at noon. It will be a scenic ride through sveral surrounding counties. The proceeds this year will benefit Special Olympics, Kentucky Gateway. This is one of the local groups of kids!!! |

The 2008 Poker Run was a GREAT success!!! We had a total of 243 motorcycles. People from several different states, and as far away as South Texas( Thanks Les and Terry)!!! We were able to raise $4765 for Wesley's Place. Our club voted to kick in the extra needed to make it an even $5000. The have big plans and are going to use this money in a wonderful way. We would like to thank ALL of our sponsors for this years event!! This would never be possible without the support of all the people and bussinesses!! Thank you!!! And all the people that came out and supported this event!!! Thank you!!! |
